The beer starts its life with the classic Track Pale Ale base of pilsner malt, oats and wheat - then hopped generously with Citra, Sabro and Strata. It's no surprise that they absolutely adore hops here at Track, but are constantly in awe of what they can bring to a beer - this time, it's Sabro in particular, that although it has by no means the biggest dry hop charge, it shines through and brings it's bold, beautiful coconut and lime notes that seem to divide so many of us. This beer stands out for all of the right reasons!
