Atelier Kramar – Bohem 2017
Sauvignon Blanc from Slovakia with some very mild skin-contact though this is more of a white than it is an 'orange.'
Fermented in open vats with partial skin contact for about 7 days. Very mild extraction. Pressed, then aged in ovoid egg tank for 8 months.
Unrefined, unfiltered, hardly any SO2 added.
Style – White, natural/low intervention
Grape – Tocai Friulano 95%, Malvasia Istriana 5%
Region – Gorižka Brda, Slovenia 🇸🇮
ABV – 11.5%
