Deya – Brett Pils

Brett Pils starts life as Tappy Pils. After the primary lager fermentation, Brettanomyces yeast is added and the beer undergoes somewhat of a transformation. Brett yeast interacts with certain hop compounds often boosting floral and fruity character as well as bringing its own set of floral, ‘rustic’ and ‘funky’ characteristics.
