Pastore x Coolhead – Gluh Sour

A spiced cherry sour made with Pastore Finnish friends from Coolhead based on mulled wine or gluh kriek. A mixed culture sour base was re-fermented on a vast amount of cherries and spiced with cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla.
