    Organic wine, made with this indigenous Sicilian variety with a lime zest, white flowers nose and dry compact and fresh flavour recalling raw pears, white peaches and with a gentle mineral finish. The taste is warm, enriched by a soft and quite savoury and flinty structure, fresh and balanced.
