    This is a modern take on West Coast IPA, created by blending lager and ale yeast together. Simcoe Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops were added during the dry-hopping process to infuse the beer with fruity flavours while keeping the bitterness in check. The end result is a West Coast IPA with absolutely no hints of pine or caramel - clean and dry as you like.
