Deep red in colour with a bluish edge. Aromatically vibrant, with lifted notes of wild herbs such as lavender and rosemary, alongside bright red fruit like wild strawberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it’s fresh, dry but with ripe, sweet red fruits and a vertical profile that highlights the vineyard’s mineral and earthy character. The texture is smooth and inviting. Recommend serving slightly chilled.
