A special rhubarb blend consisting of golden wild ale primary fermented on rhubarb with our mother culture of wild yeast and microbes before ageing in pinot noir barrels for one year. The beer was then aged for a further month on a significant amount of this season's rhubarb before packaging and bottle / keg conditioning..
