For those who would like to hear more about the original 6.5% IPA this is based on, Even Sharks Need Water combines Citra and Galaxy hops with Verdant's super fruity house yeast strain to make a classic New England IPA – just a hint of bitterness, and a balance of sharper citrus fruits to stop the tropical aroma being too sweet.
