Azvex – Operation Genome 25.03: Beak

Our pals over at BEAK are no stranger to making DIPAs and have one of the strongest reputations for them in the country so we needed to go BIG on the hops. We started by taking their dip hopping technique and merged it with a new idea we had here at Azvex. We then fermented it with their favourite house yeast strain and followed it up by a 2 stage dry hop consisting of Motueka, Krush, Citra & Amarillo.Pale hazy hop juice that is a real BEAK x Azvex hybrid.
