Batard Langelier – Penseés Nocturne 2020

The nose is bready, with vanilla notes, like an iced bun. Baked yellow apple and ripe green fruits follow. An energetic fizz with soft balanced mousse. First up is the thrilling acidity, racy and bone dry with citrus, lime, green apple skin and a slight chalkiness that follows. The end is drying, fresh, taught and mouth-wateringly clean.
