A bright golden, yellow colour. On the nose aromas of salted pastry stand out from the lees ageing. Bright citrus, green apple and beeswax. Even some more tropical melon and white fruit notes develop after some time open. On the palate, it's dry yet has a particularly smooth and creamy texture, with a delicate mousse, culminating in a long and harmonious finish. Voted 'Best Cava in Spain' & 'Best Organic Sparkling Wine' at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine Competition 2024.
