Vinodores de Gredos – Dore 2023

Preserved lemon and grapefruit pith. Riper than the 2022 in flavour with a tangerine/orange citrus flavour prevalent. Sea salt and quite a bit smokey. More leesy and also aromatic than before giving it a lovely almost Champagne or Cava like bread-y freshness. Finely balanced.
