Almost chalky and opaque, this unfiltered organic Catarratto is beautifully fragrant with spicy white grape juice and white blossoms. Mouth-filling and textural on the palate, with notes of pink grapefruit and green apple, as well as a slight spicy minerality from time spent on lees.
