Ca'N Verdura – Supernova Blanc 2021

A creamy and fresh white made from a native grape variety from one of the original wine-growing regions in Mallorca. Soft, white fruit nose of pear and yellow apple, with a green edge and notes of vanilla. Immediately soft and creamy on the palate with notes of pastry and custard. The acidity carries on right till the end, backed by baked orchard fruit and a creamy, fatty finish.
