Azvex – Operation Genome 25.05: Cloudwater

We had to add an Imperial Stout to this set of magnificent liquids and who better to do it with than our friends at the legendary Cloudwater. For you big stout lovers, you will be familiar with their My Continuous Improvement series, so were we, so that was a good place to start. We took key elements of the MCI beers and delicately weaved them into our own stout-making approach. Post fermentation, we hit the beer with a Cacaodemon level of cacao nibs courtesy of our buds Table Chocolate, a load of Madagascan vanilla, and new to both of us, Pandan! A pastry stout lovers dream.
