La Calmette – Vignes Noires 2021

Part of La Calmette's single-vineyard range. This is perhaps one the more delicate, at least in the context of Malbec from Kimmeridgian soils. Wonderfully perfumed, dense purple and forest fruits, and so much immediacy on the palate. A complex and serious Malbec that manages to remain very juicy and an absolute joy to drink.
