Selene – Domaine Primeur Beaujolais Nouveau 2024

Another November, another amazing Beaujolais Nouveau from Sylvere Trichere of Selene. Organic Gamay grapes were harvested in late September 2024 and underwent a 4 day carbonic maceration in tank before resting in concrete. Bottled in October with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. Vibrant, red fruit, subtle florality and a great minerality.
