    Dr Squid Gin comes from the Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Penzance, which is made using a recipe that features real squid ink. This savoury expression has a coastal feeling to it. Think vibrant citrus and earthy juniper, subtle floral at points with a touch of sea breeze that brings you towards the finish. Vanilla has been added to the base to give the recipe a well-rounded mouthfeel and touch of sweetness. Whilst the finish itself is that of spring blossom and pine.

    Squid Ink is such a powerful ingredient that only a minimal amount is needed, enabling the liquid to be poured black before transforming to a luscious pink with the addition of tonic.
